Question When I try to create a NEW ACCOUNT I attempt to enter my email address and as soon as I enter the first two letters of my email address (ro) It message comes up saying that it is an invalid email address

I had previously setup sync &could not remember the code. So I deleted everything so that I could start out fresh.

I have four computers which i would like to sync.

When I attempt to setup Sync and click on Creaate a New Account in the first field is when I enter the first letter of my email address a

RED X Invalid email address

pops up below the email field.

If I continue to enter the other fields the message changes to

RED X Already in use

What should I do ???????????

That makes sense. You already have a Sync account with that email address, so it's already in use. If you want to use that same email but you can't remember the sync key follow the steps provided here.

The other option is to delete your account in the following address: https://account.services.mozilla.com/account/delete and start from scratch.
