Latese version .. Where are the 3 buttons for Minimize, reduce/enlarge, close? I want them back! Do you need to make changes just to look busy??

Before the last update, there were 3 buttons at top right for "Minimize, Maximize/Restore Down, Close". These were very convenient in location and function. Now none of them appear, and it is very irritating to need to go somewhere ELSE FIRST to change from full to reduced size, or to close. Do you people make changes just so you have something to do? If so, you need real jobs!

You should get the Navigation bar visible if you hover the mouse to the top of the screen if you are in full screen mode. If you click the Maximize button on the Navigation Toolbar while in full screen then you leave full screen. There is also an entry in the toolbar context menu to exit full screen.
