When Firefox crashes , it shuts down and you normally see the Mozilla Crash Reporter. Your problem doesn't look like a crash, based on your screenshot. For Firefox hangs see: Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix

In any case, try Firefox Safe Mode to see how it works there. You can open Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you double-click the Firefox desktop shortcut. When the Firefox Safe Mode window opens, click the "'Start in Safe Mode button.

If the problem goes away in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by hardware acceleration or an extension. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article to figure out the cause.

You can also try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
