I need to be able to read e mails from my employer but when I open an e mail from them it stays open for a few seconds and then closes my inbox, returning me to the Talktalk homepage. How can I stop thius happening? It only happens with e mails from my employer. All other e mails remain open until I close them.

Could you describe the arrangement of windows and tabs when this happens. For example:

  • Home page in tab 1, Inbox in tab 2, message opens in tab 3 or in a pop-up
  • Home page in window 1, Inbox in window 2, message opens in window 2 or in a pop-up

Et cetera.

I'm thinking of a possible pop-up closer that only triggers on particular emails, and also a Flash player bug in the protected mode feature that can change the window sequence in Windows 7 when you open a page containing Flash.
