Every time I start Firefox it quits responding despite having reset default settings. Help
Just recently every time I go into Firefox whether on my laptop or desktop the program quits responding and I can't do any browsing. I have tried the "reset to default settings", but on the desktop it starts then stops. When I try to re-start Firefox, I get the message that it is already running yet when I go to Task Manager to end it, it doesn't show up. I recently (2 weeks ago) upgraded to Windows 8.1. How can I get the program to run properly?
