You need Flash Player to wacth in that site:

You mentioned in a different thread that you cannot download Flash without deleting Internet Explorer. That should not be necessary. Anyway, your "More System Details" shows that you have Flash 12 installed, so you shouldn't need to reinstall it unless we determine that it is really broken.

When on the problem site, do you see a notification icon to the left of the address, up in the address bar? It would look like a piece of Lego. Could you click that and see whether it indicates anything about the status of Flash, or any other plugin?

Actually, if you could reply with the specific address of the page that has a problem, I think that would help. When I look at http://www.soltimes.com/onlineTV.html I can't tell which channel is in the UK.
