How can I search for a message where the subject that doesn't begin with something?

I want to be able to able to add a criteria when search for messages where the subject does not begin with something. I can see that I can have a "doesn't contain" option but a "does not begin with" option when I add a criteria. Is there a way or add-on to enable this? This would be useful mixed with other criteria so that you could have for example where "from" contains 'some_company.com" but the subject doesn't begin with "Notification". Thanks.

more options

"contains" or "does not contain" should really be enough I would have thought.
