sent emails returned "technical fault to btconnect.com and talktalk.net. Correct address on both emails and able to send and receive other emails.
sent emails to family member with a btconnect address and also a colleague with a talktalk address and both were returned as a "delivery failure" due to a technical fault. Both emails had the correct address on them. The one to btconnect was resent after the recipient sent me an email and it was successful. I am receiving and sending other emails successfully.

That is a question for your mail provider, I would try and answer, but the "Technical fault" is not identified
