I can no longer get the complete menu of bookmark folders with 34.0.

After Firefox upgraded to 34.0, when I bookmark a page, I can no longer drop down my entire list of bookmark folders to save the new one in the right place. Is that option no longer available? The few that do appear on the list now are usually not what I'm looking for.
