First, it asked to update; after the update, it said that the english language package was incompatible.

Since then, every time I start thunderbird, following error appears:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://messenger/content/messenger.xul Line Number 37, Column 1:<window id="messengerWindow" ^ </p>

What can I do to fix this? I need to access my emails!
