I often play an on-line game through FaceBook whereby you can watch videos, etc to gain rewards to help you in the game. All has been fine until I recently upgraded my Linux Mint to 17.1 and that came with FireFox 33.0.

Now, when I launch the game through FaceBook I get the "grey triangle" and I am prevented from watching the videos, as I am presented with "This connection is untrusted" message.

Is there anyway round this? All help would be greatefully received!

When you visit the video urls, are you visiting https sites? If so, please make sure that your time on the machine is correct and current.

The attached link was a great help, thanks.

I did have a peek around at the solutions when I first encountered the problem but could not find anything to help. But the link took me straight to where I needed to go and everything is now sorted.

Thanks once again for your help...
