http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125749 it's a MS problem... and applies to visual C++ which is used in Mozilla for Windows. but is VCPP2005 and 2008, meanwhile Firefox doesn't use them anymore... replaced with VCPP10... as far as i know.

Which version of Firefox are you using? Maybe you use older version Firefox or have some other program which uses that library.

Try update to newer version...
