I am trying to customize firefox for a disabled man with very poor motor control in his fingers. He relies heavily on the folders in the bookmarks tab, but due to his disability he often accidentally right clicks and selects the "Open all in tabs" option while trying to click on the folder itself. Is there a way to remove or at least disable the "open all in tabs" option? Thanks.

Perfect! I had googled around found other edits to userchrome.css that didn't quite work for me, but this is just what I needed. Not sure how I missed it. Thanks!
