I am unable to upload anything to 4shared.com using Firefox for the past 2 days. This problem has never occurred before. What should I do?
I have been using Firefox since many years and I have always used this browser to log into any cloud based service. Although, I have been experiencing internet problems lately due to my ISP, but uploading to 4shared.com was never a problem using Firefox. However, since the past two days, whenever I try to upload anything, (be it a picture or a word file) to 4shared.com, I get the following error message: Unknown Server Error. Retry now. Retrying does not work either. I also read the help section of 4shared.com and it said that I should either reload the file or use another browser to load the file. So, I used Internet Explorer to upload the file and the upload was successful. since then, I have tried several times to upload the file to 4shared.com using Firefox, but it simply doesn't work. I have even refreshed Firefox, but that has not helped either.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
