using roboform to enter contests, I used to be able to click on the main folder, such as sunday contests, and all 5 would pop up each with its own tab. Now I only get 1 tab, than I have to go back to find the sunday file and start a tab for the next contest. This is taking TOO long. How do I get it to do it the way it did?

I'm not familiar with Roboform, so if this is a feature of Roboform's toolbar, or the AOL toolbar, hopefully someone else can answer.

But if you meant that you have a folder of different links on Firefox's Bookmarks Toolbar or Bookmarks Menu, when you expand the menu there should be an item at the bottom to open all of the bookmarks in the folder in individual tabs. Or you can right-click the folder and Open All in Tabs. If you middle-click the folder with the mouse scroll wheel, that should do it, too.
