I'm using the Thunderbird 38.3.0 and it's correctly configurated the pop and SMTP settings. Since the 29th of October I stop receiving e-mails without any notice or appear error but I can send e-mails.

When I click on "Reciving E-mails" down on the left it says that there are like 258 e-mails to download and the next second it just says "No messege to download".

I need to start reciving e-mails!! I couldn't find any support on any forum about Mozilla Thunderbird.

I speak spanish and my settings are in spanish just in case anybody speaks spanish.

What is your account type - POP or IMAP?

For the time being you can probably check emails via webmail.
