Address book won't migrate to new computer

Operating with Windows 10; have new computer and was able to successfully export all my old emails to it, but for some reason my address books aren't showing up. Double-checked my Profile, and it's showing all my .mab files...but when I click on "Address book" in T'bird, there's nothing there. Have tried re-exporting/importing Profile, but same problem occurs. Thoughts???

Never mind...solved it myself! Thanks anyway.... (and BTW, I didn't "just carry over my mail"...I actually copied my entire profile...have done it before, so I'm not a newbie...there was simply a glitch in the newcomputer that I solved.)

Can you explain how you expect your address book magically showing up on the new computer when you just carried over your mail?

What exactly did you do? You do not need to export and import anything, you can simply copy over the existing profile.
