We are using imail server V12.5.3 and IMAP connection on outlook express and thunder bird in windows xp professional platform. We found not stable when using outlook express on IMAP connection which will refresh the folder in always and make the size of dbx too large and let it corrupt in sometime. When we are using thunder bird to instead of outlook express, the refresh folder symptom has been fined and it sometime lost the email in the inbox folder but the total count of email in folder is correct. And we can use the search function to search the record in thunder bird. Finally , we rebuild the index of folder in thunder bird the email is coming out. It will let us worry any email missing. Do you know what happen on this case ? is the program not support imap connection in windows xp anymore ?
