Hi Alzaydi , I can recommend two options here: Was the Android device the only one that was syncing the passwords, or is there another device that may have them? Since Firefox Sync is not a back up service, if you have changed the password, anything that was formerly synced will not sync to the new device unless another attached device has those passwords saved. If that is the case, remove all of the devices from the account, attach the device with the saved passwords first, then attach the iOS device. If it was the only device that was syncing the passwords, I am sorry but unless there is another device, I do not think it is a reliable source for backups.
