I just purchased a new Windows 10 computer. I have been unable to connect to the internet with Thunderbird and I don't know what to do. If I get an e-mail with a link I can't get into it I just get a blank screen. I checked to see if Thunderbird has any system information regarding Windows 10 but only see information about operating systems ends at 8.1. Is anyone else having the same problem and does anyone have any solution to this problem?

You get email messages? In Thunderbird? If, so Thunderbird is connecting to the internet.

When you click a link in an email message it should be handed over to your default internet browser. So what is your default browser?
