I did this and went to log in to nmjl online game.org and it would not take my access codes now

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

• Clear the Cache and

• Remove Cookies
  Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

• Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
• Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

I am totally upset with fire fox I have nothing but problems with it. I am a senior and not good with fixing things on computer and I can't believe that I am always having an issue. Thank you for you post but I have changed my browser as I had explained in prior posts and am not computer savvy. I am giving up for now even tho I paid to play the online game nmjl.org.

Seeing you've paid for this I think you should pursue it. I doubt if this is a Firefox problem. Why aren't you asking nmjl for help?

Thank you for your advise and I have sent an email to their support and will see what they say. I have enable Foxfire browser so they can do something since that is the only browser they use.
