Happy New Year!; I'm sot sure when this began, but within the last 3 weeks. Getting into Ancestry is fine and everything is as usual. However, when I load an image it is blurry and I cannot scroll or move within the image or move from one image to another. In order to see the complete image I have to pretend to "save" it but can still not change from one page to another. Other genealogy website view images properly and I can move within them as usual.

IExplore still works properly for Ancestry but not Firefox. I dislike IExplore as it is slow and the work I do in genealogy is painstaking enough as it is.

Wondering if Ancestry has done something to make Firefox an unfriendly browser or is it Firefox's problem. Can't get an reasonable answer from Ancestry.

Any help appreciated Singer35
