I use Windows 10 Home 64-bit and Office 365. My default browser is Firefox.

When I read an email (Outlook) and click on a hypertext (URL) embedded in the message, nothing happens. I feel that this this (incorrect) behaviour started after 2018-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for X-64-based Systems KB4343909 was applied on Aug. 15th.

If I reset the Windows default for browsing to Internet Explorer and click on the hypertext, a new tab is opened in Internet Explorer correctly. Ditto for Edge.

I set the default back to Firefox and I have the problem back.

I'd be grateful for a solution.

Thanks Roger

I tried the solution suggested in [[Hyperlinks not working|https://www.tenforums.com/browsers-email/88652-hyperlinks-not-working.html]] but it didn't work for me.
