I cannot receive e-mails since the update carried out on 7th January 2019

I was able to receive e-mails yesterday morning, an update was carried out and since then I have been unable to receive any messages - I can send them, but not receive.. Help please!

This may appear as a duplicated question, I couldn't verify my e-mail address as couldn't receive the e-mail to do it, so have had to re-post it using a different e-mail address. TIA.
