(Todays date 23 january 2019)..

The latest Norton Security update appears to be stopping Firefox from working...Browser opens.. but wont connect to any weblink... If I re-image my hard drive ...to a state it was earlier in week then the firefox browser works fine...

The re-imaged harddrive is up to date with operating system and Firefox browser updates...The only update I require after re-imaging drive is Norton...However...as soon as norton finishes the latest update, the Firefox browser stops working..?

Would be Grateful for any help

Steve

I'd strongly suggest uninstalling Norton and using Microsoft Security Essentials. Norton is well known to cause many issues and doesn't provide any protection better than Microsoft Security Essentials.
