Our current email client uses one of our PC's as local server so we can manage emails (move to local folders, view replies / sent emails) delete, etc) from any PC on network. Thunderbird allow us to do that on actual email server however local folders can only be seen/managed from one PC. Is there a way to put set up local folders so they can be seen / managed from any PC on our network (currently 3 pc's)

If you want multiple people to see mail folders on multiple client/machines, then use imap accounts, and filter messages to be shared to such an account.

And if you are using exchange https://superuser.com/questions/1095660/how-to-access-exchange-shared-mailbox-from-thunderbird-different-domains
