Firefox does not work with all buttons/links on www.usaa.com
Once past login credentials, USAA wants to send a code to my email account (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.) Select yahoo account instead of gmail account. Send button does not read click or tabbed-to return key.
Clicking on send button in Opera works every time.

Thank you for your help.
I only have one extension. I disabled it and the links/buttons at USAA now work as they are suppose to.
The recent update to Video DownloadHelper is the culprit that broke the links/buttons at USAA.com.
That also explains why Opera worked when Firefox did not.
In all the years that I have used Video DownloadHelper from https://www.downloadhelper.net/ I have never had any problems.
Thank you again for your help

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Boy am I confused.
In the safe mode, I went through the same credential login process. The same secondary authentication window popped up. The send button was brighter, so I clicked on it. It went dull and 20 seconds later I received a code.
However, when I had clicked on the send button, the window to accept the code did not pop up. I had the code but no place to submit it.
When I used Opera, the instant I clicked on the send button, the code acceptance window popped up and then a few seconds later when I had received the code, I was into the credit union.
I would have to say the safe mode half worked for my problem.

It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or it could be Hardware Acceleration. How to disable Hardware Acceleration {web link}
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All Of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.
