When I try to print a PDF file that I opened with Firefox, it is very slow to start with, and then gives me a Printing error message and finally will only print 1 or 2 pages and not the rest. If I open the same PDF file with Acrobat and print, , I have no issues. I cleared my cache in Firefox and I have the latest version which downloaded today. Any fix? Sol

Hi

What is the error message that you are getting?

Hi Sol, Firefox's PDF viewer converts PDFs to HTML and CSS, and for complex PDFs, that is an imperfect and time-consuming process. It is more efficient to print complex PDFs from Acrobat than from Firefox. Is there any special reason to print this particular PDF from Firefox?

There is an error while printing (but then 1 or 2 pages still print, but not all the pages)

I have no particular reason to use Fire Fox for printing pdf files so I will use Acrobat going forward. Its just that I have been using Fire Fox all along until today when the issue arose.

I'm assuming it's a problem with complexity. If you test printing a simple PDF, does it have the same problem?

It does not have anything to do with the complexity, since I was doing the same printing with Fire Fox pdf printing for ever, without any issues. Also, if I use Acrobat, then I dont have any problems. So it has something to do with the Fire Fox pdf printing only.
