I have found that my Fiefox cannot handle live news streaming and video playback and the picture freezes but the sound continues. This has been going on for years but I do not have a problem with any other browser.

Ahh, I see! An example of a webpage with Video is https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-politics-62055829. Once again the video on my PC freezes, restarts, and freezes, but the audio contiunues!
