Também comecei a ter esse problema há mais ou menos uns três meses. Vi várias tentativas de solucionar o problema em fóruns da internet, mas nada resolveu.

Descobri.

Ele deixa de funcionar quando ativamos:

CONFIGURAÇÕES>PRIVACIDADE E SEGURANÇA>HISTÓRICO>Sempre usar o modo de navegação privativa.

Se mantivermos ativado MEMORIZAR TODO O HISTÓRICO o Whatsapp funciona normalmente. Façam o teste e deem um retorno.
