Hi abdouhimidi123, thanks for the response. I'm not using Nest, I'm using a commercial CCTV system. I should have provided more symptoms, I'm sorry. I can see the camera working correctly on the monitor attached to the CCTV system NVR, so it is on, attached, powered, etc. I just can't see the video from it. If I connect directly to the camera, I get an error messge "Your browser version does not support plugin, and so some pages and features are hidden. Live view not supports MJPEG"
