Firefox View is not showing!
Firefox view is a new feature that looks awesome and I'd love to try it out to sync stuff between devices. There's just one problem:
- Firefox view works on my laptop and seems to work on my phone, but does not work on my desktop.
For reference:
- Desktop (doesn't have view tab) is Mac Mini 2020 (M1) on Mac OS Ventura 13.0 (22A380)
- Laptop (has view tab) is Mac Mini 2020 (M1) on Mac OS Ventura 13.0 (22A380)
- Both devices are running Firefox 106.0.2 (64-bit)
I have already:
- Made sure "Open Tabs" is enabled for sync on all devices
- Looked for the firefox view in the "Customize Toolbar" menu
- Disabled / Re-enabled Firefox-View in about:config

I ended up going to:
- Settings
- Help
- More troubleshooting information
- Refresh
The refresh and then re-syncing from my account fixed it.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
