I removed a gmail account from Thunderbird. It is no longer displayed. Yet every time I open Thunderbird I get gmail message asking me to validate my log in to that removed account. I cannot get into this new gmail account via google because I have used my phone number on too many other gmail accounts - this is tyhe reason gmail keeps pestering me. If it's not in Thunderbird then surely i shouldn't be pestered by google.

The prompt may be due to still having the gmail calendar.

I found the Calendar still in Thunderbird - removed it and still get Google wanting to nag me. First T/Bird says there is a server connection failure to imap.gmail.com. Then up pops the gmail nag screen. Though I admit only one now whereas before there has been 2.
