Hi,

I'm using Thunderbird 128.0.1 on Mac OS 14.5, and recently (not sure when exactly), none of the normal messaging options like reply, reply-all, or forward are available. I still can start a new message, though.

Update: this behavior stopped when I disabled the Thunderbird Conversations add-on. Seems as though similar functionality is built in to Nebula - cool! (Still would have been nice to receive some kind of compatibility warning when updating though.)
