i am trying to instant message on a certain webpage,the webpage is fine but when the message comes up the page dosn't reload not allowing me to respond to the message..is there anyway of fixing this problem.i have tried various search engines but always come across the same problem

You can reload the page and bypass the cache with:

* Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
* Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
* Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
