Greetings,

How do I sort bookmarks? I've tried following the instructions at:

https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Sorting+bookmarks

The instructions say to click a bookmark, and drag it to a new location in order to move it. However, when I drop the bookmark, nothing happens. Why doesn't it work?

Thanks, Shane.

Ca you add or delete bookmarks? If you cannot make any changes to the bookmarks that will indicate a problem with the file that stores bookmarks, for details see Locked or damaged places.sqlite - MozillaZine Knowledge Base

  • Shockwave Flash 10.1 r82

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions. You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions, you do not need them to run Java applets.

I've updated Flash and removed the extra Java consoles.

Thanks for noticing.
