I am the novice manager of my husband's website. I have made many changes to every page, including a new background. When I test the website on IE, the background displays. But when I test using Firefox, the background is white/blank. I've searched troublshooting info on the website but cannot seem to find an answer to fix this problem. I've cleared history/cache/cookies, rebooted, enabled images to display...the whole 9 yards. But it still does not display.

Can you post a link?

Did you check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab to see if the image shows there?

Are there errors in the Tools > Error Console about this problem?

Are there any backslashes '\' in the file path?

I just made a change to the "tools/options/content/color" tab, and now it seems to work. I appreciate your reply. I hope this solves my problem. Thank you.

You're welcome.

Yes, if the website's background- and text color is disabled then you do not see background images.
