Hi, wondering how I set date format to day/month/year rather than American format. I tried the language settings however that didn't seem to change the format

I use a site called 'timesolv' which records billable time for law practice purposes. Date entry is important and needs to be in the right order. In past versions of Firefox I believe I have been able to adjust the settings however in this version, (4.0.1) when I change language settings under the Content tab in Preferences the date format remains in American format being month/day/year. Wondering if anyone knows how to change these settings?

Did you check the time and date settings in the Mac OS X settings?
