The instructions say to add a device go to the device and touch add a device. There is nothing on my android that says add a device. Every time I click on show me the code changes. If i type the code in at connect, the system says i typed in the wrong code.

It continues to amaze me that no one can write a complete sentence that someone could understand. How do these things get done? I never have anything work with out constant harassment.

Sorry for the confusion. You'll need to connect your computer to a sync account first. (Create an account if you don't have one already.) Then you can press the "Add a device" link on your computer (not your phone) and follow the directions there.

For more detailed instructions including a video that walks through all the steps, see Use Sync to share your Firefox bookmarks, passwords and more with Firefox for mobile

We know the current process is confusing, and we're working to make it simpler in an upcoming version of Firefox.
