If you see the ''Firefox'' menu at the top of the screen, just go to ''Firefox > Options > Options'' and you'll be able to see the Sync Panel. If you would like to give Firefox a more familiar look and feel, try going to ''Firefox > Options > Menu Bar''. This will give you menu options across the top of the page. Hopefully this helps!
