See latest firefox issues_icons-missing-in-the-bookmarks-menu That contains a workaround for the problem.

Which icons are missing, ? Have all bookmarks lost icons or only some, and what are you looking at, the bookmarks library or the tabs at the top of the screen when you see missing icons. Attaching a screenshot may help.
