Cannot attach files
Am able to attach one (1) file by drag-and-drop and no more. Cannot attach any files whatsoever by clicking on "attach a file."

Websites may be using a plugin (Flash or Silverlight) to upload images.
You may not be able to use such an upload feature in your case with a PowerPC computer because you can't use the latest version of plugins.
I'm just attaching files, jpegs & docs, from my desktop.
