When I browse with Firefox some websites such as facebook and ebay are listing down the page when they normally list accross, I have tried all the page settings and they don't make any difference. Hotmail will not allow us to access the inbox, this is the same on all the computers in the house, When we use chrome there is no problem.

Alright, let's try to get this working for you quickly here.

Please update to Firefox 11 (Click the Firefox button, then go into Help, the About Firfoxe. It will download an update, click Apple, and Firefox will restart).

Then read Websites look wrong, which should have some helpful advice on how to make the websites you are trying to visit look better.
