Just installed FireFox 12 and updated java to ver 7 update 4. Now when I go to youtube, I get this error when clicking on ANY video.

Error: VideoFormats is null.

The video will play, but the error pop-up is annoying and I want it gone.

I have already uninstalled all previous java version including 7 and re-installed ver 7. This did not help. Disabling all plugins does not help either.

Any other suggestions?

when you google this error message, only one result turns up & that points to a extension called "youtube mp3 podcaster" - do you happen to have it on your pc? if so, try disabling/uninstalling it...

Wow, completely forgot about extensions. Turns out I have Easy YouTube Video Downloader extension. After disabling this extension the problem went away.

Thanks!
