I am trying to post a listing on Ebay. I click the "add pictures" tab. A window comes up with various options. When I click the "standard" tab, it used to work fine. But now it comes up blank and I can't use it to upload pictures into my listing. I can still do this with Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, but not with Firefox. How do I fix this?

Hi,

A general troubleshooting step you could try is to check the site in a new profile. If the new profile is okay, you can Reset Firefox on the old (previous) profile via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information.

I opened Firefox in a new profile, but the same blank widow came up in the add pictures "standard" mode on Ebay. So, that didn't work.

Personally I'm not familiar with eBay. If there are users here who also use eBay they would be able to definitely help. The eBay tech forum could also be helpful.
