To print or copy an attachment, there is no button to click. When I want to close a tab, it always goes to the complete number of tabs open and closes all.

(1) When I open an attachment of an email and then want to print or copy it, there is no button to click. There is no print icon on the attachment page. (2) There is no arrow or button to click in order to go back from the attachment to the previous page. (3) Also, when I want to close a tab, it always goes to the complete number of tabs open and closes them all. I see that this was the problem of other users, too. The Internet Explorer asks "Close just this tab" or "Close all tabs." Wish you could have something similar.

You led me to a URL which I expected would answer my questions and tell me HOW I can find the buttons, icons, etc. that I need to solve my problems. I am not technically skilled, so I can't understand whatever the link is saying.

Give me a person who can explain these to a regular, ordinary computer-user in simple ordinary terms.

I would appreciate it and I'm sure people like me who have no technical skills using the computer would be appreciative. Speak English.
