FF 19, Win XP: Cannot delete bookmarks in BM Menu, by RT Click, or on BM Toolbar...tried disabling all Addons and themes...no luck.

Hello mdibrown, try to delete places.sqlite file in profile folder in case places.sqlite is corrupted.

see for info : Locked or damaged places.sqlite

OR

try to create a new Firefox profile, and check it again
