All of the sudden pdfs will not open in Firefox using Acrobat. Every pdf I try uses the built-in firefox pdf viewer. I've checked the add-ons and Acrobat 11.02 is present. I tried reinstalling it, which didn't work. I've also double checked under the application options that pdfs are set to display using acrobat.

hello, firefox 19 has introduced its own integrated pdf viewer - if you want to switch back to the plugin you've used before to view pdfs just go to firefox options > applications & scroll down and define the default action for the portable document format (pdf).

I was unaware of that option. I had only seen the ones for the Adobe Acrobat forms, and the other help docs did not list that option in plain terms like you did. Thanks!
