On start up my computer loads the 2013 version of Zone Alarm security suite with the XP O.S. I get error msg's like " entry point NSSUTIL_ArgFetch value not found in DLL."

I turn off ZONE ALARM and it works perfectly.

Any one know of known issues?

I get like 6 error messages before it decides to not load.

Hi C.hamm,
Sorry you are having problems with Firefox.

As is to be expected; Security related software often interferes with Firefox use, especially after updates.

You will need to look carefully at your security settings, and may even need to contact Zone Alarm's support site.

  1. Firewall configuration notes http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firewalls#ZoneAlarm
  2. Zone Alarm crash solution http://kb.mozillazine.org/Browser_will_not_start_up#Firefox_does_not_start_after_updating_with_ZoneAlarm_ForceField_enabled

Please read both the linked articles, and post back with how you get on.

It may help if you provide a couple of CrashIDs
