I close everything before I shut down, but Firefox always comes back with a message that I did not close the last couple tabs. How can I fix this?

Actually, there's a bug in Firefox 20 where if you close all the pages before you Quit, it thinks the browser crashed. As a workaround, Quit with at least one page open. Does that work for you? This should be fixed in a future release.
